At Let’s Get Phyzical, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept the return or exchange of products that are sealed, unused, and in their original saleable condition. To be eligible, items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and further assistance.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange – whatever works best for you.

Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item and confirm its condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
We are unable to process refunds for change of mind on products that have been opened, used, or are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (see below).

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect:
– Makeup and skincare products
– Tea and other consumable goods
– Opened or used items
– Sale or clearance items
– Digital products
– Gift cards
